Human Resources Coordinator- (Spanish Bilingual Preferred)

• Provide ER support, conduct investigations, issue corrective actions, and address performance issues for all hourly associates
• Generate monthly reports on manpower, attendance, overtime, vacation, terminations, FMLA, and other HR metrics
• Responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process from requisition to onboarding
• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Personnel and personal changes to hourly employees, e.g., shift/supervisor changes, job changes, address changes, etc.
• Maintaining manpower master list and organizational charts
• Conduct HRIS training as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1~2+ years of HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Heavy recruiting experience preferred
• This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong customer service attitude, strict confidentiality and excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with HRIS strongly preferred
