- Provide ER support, conduct investigations, issue corrective actions, and address performance issues for all hourly associates
- Generate monthly reports on manpower, attendance, overtime, vacation, terminations, FMLA, and other HR metrics
- Responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process from requisition to onboarding
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Personnel and personal changes to hourly employees, e.g., shift/supervisor changes, job changes, address changes, etc.
- Maintaining manpower master list and organizational charts
- Conduct HRIS training as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1~2+ years of HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Heavy recruiting experience preferred
- This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong customer service attitude, strict confidentiality and excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with HRIS strongly preferred
