We have an immediate opening for fully remote Customer Service Associates in our inbound and outbound Call Center. We are in need of bilingual candidates speaking English and Spanish, or French, Vietnamese, or Chinese.

- This is a night shift and can work between the hours of 4 pm EST – the morning time.
- Later start times are available (5 pm/6 pm etc). Weekends will be worked with 2 days off given during the week.
- You will be answering Inbound and outbound calls, chat, video and emails.
- We are seeking at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a Remote Call Center environment.
- A high school degree or GED is required. Legally able to work in the US and can pass a background check.
Salary:
From $16.75 per hour.
