Responsibilities:
- Facilitate entire interview process by managing all parties involved, including the candidate and the hiring managers - ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, and company policies
- Consult with hiring manager (and other interviewers) on each candidate and offer helpful insight to assist hiring manager in making final candidate selection
- Solicit feedback from hiring managers concerning “satisfaction level” and adjust performance/staffing strategy according to the feedback to ensure continued customer satisfaction
- Maintain necessary files covering applications, interview documents, and other pertinent hiring documentatio
- Perform exit interviews
- Process employee status changes
- Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow all staffing processes to ensure consistency
- Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Work under immediate supervision
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Performs E-Verify
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Possess initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities well
- Ability to be self-directed, assertive, and convey an approachable style
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Working knowledge of Dept of Labor Laws/Immigration Documentation Requirements/I-9/E-Verify
Additional Information:
Location: West Point, GA
Pay: $20-25/hr
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
