Office Assistant Bilingual ($20-22/Hr)

Pain Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. We will train the right person.

Position Overview:

You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services. You will work closely with our healthcare team to assist in patient examinations, perform administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and prepare patients for their appointments, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment

- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary supplies

- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up visits

- Work with electronic medical records (EMR). We will train.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent;

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare providers

- Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing exceptional patient care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
