SA Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front OfficeFront Office Coordinator who thrives within a fast-paced environment to assist all guests and job seekers with their career placement! Must have superior communication skills along with high attention to detail.
This individual will ensure the completion of paperwork and employment applications as it relates to hiring temporary and full time employees.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and assist all guests with their job search and/or onboarding
- Greets all visitors and maintains accurate sign-in log sheet
- Provides direction and assists all applicants and candidates during the application and onboarding process
- Provides Staffing Recruiters information regarding applicant/candidate processing, arrival, interview time, and onboarding
- Administers skills assessment testing
- Verifying I-9 Form and E-Verify and conduct weekly audits
- Supply candidate with forms needed to complete drug screening
- Process background checks for applicants
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must have great communication and organization skills to work closely with team members and job seekers regularly.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing several projects simultaneously
- Use of MS Word/Excel
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
