Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Although additional duties and related tasks may be assigned, the essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:
Recruitment, Retention and Onboarding
- Collaborate with Human Resources to post open positions and screen potential candidates
- Schedule and conduct interviews for new candidates
- Assist with new hire orientation and 30/60/90-day check-ins
- Assist with inputting HRIS records, reviewing driver timecards, and company policy dissemination
- Complete special projects as assigned, including training efforts, policy development, and dissemination of employee communication materials
Operations and Logistics
- Collaborate with Operations to aid in driver scheduling, lodging and workloads
- Compile data for mandated operational reporting
- As directed, investigate client concerns, complaints, and service level agreement issues
- Perform duties and functions to help streamline daily business operations of the company
- Manage hotel vendor relationships, rate agreements, and billing
- Keep track of payments and expenditures, including purchase orders and invoices
- Input vendor invoices into accounting systems and assist with weekly account payable runs
- Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues; respond to all vendor inquiries
- Work with accounting to resolve customer billing issues
- Send bill reminders, contacting clients when necessary

- Experience in group travel and tourism, preferred but not required
Qualifications and Skills
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Successfully pass a background check
- Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
- Ability to fluently speak, ready and write English
- Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
Salary:
$25 - $27 per/hour
