We are currently searching for a Front Office Coordinator to join our Keller Parkway location.
Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all patients/ visitors and respond to all inquiries appropriately
- Carry out intake procedures including collecting patient paperwork and entering patient demographic information into EMR
- Ensure all patients are scheduled and following their prescribed plan of care
- Communicate benefits eligibility with patients and follow over-the-counter collections guidelines
- Connect with our billing team, referring physicians, and clinical team to align on patient needs
The perfect candidate will be outgoing, friendly, professional, detail oriented, adaptable, have computer experience, and stellar customer service relations.
