Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Adrian Howard - State Farm Agency, located in Irving, TX, has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English). Insurance experience is not required, we will train the right person with the right skill set!
If you enjoy working with the public, are outgoing and customer-focused his may be the career for you! As a State Farm agency team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.
Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly Customer Service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Benefits:

• $35,000 to $50,000 includes salary commission and bonus

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
