Responsibilities
- Build optimistic relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Actively look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
- Assist clients with policy adjustments and updates.
- Organize and schedule appointments as needed.
- Ensure consistent and timely communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure office retention standards.
Requirements
- No previous experience is required! Must be willing to learn the insurance industry.
- We will cover 100% of licensing costs.
- Bilingual in Spanish is Required.
- Basic knowledge of Office/Microsoft applications is required.
- Showcase advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
- Basic computer software knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members through concise and professional written and verbal communication, promoting effective teamwork and client service excellence.
