Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking experienced and passionate MA Level Counselors to join our team. Employment and contract opportunities are available, allowing you to choose the arrangement that suits you best. We offer competitive compensation packages, and the position can start as part-time, with the option to transition to full-time as desired. We offer flexible hours to accommodate your schedule, and we serve clients as young as 2 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to contribute to clients' Behavioral Health transformation.
• Adhere to treatment recommendations in accordance with professional standards.
• Document relevant facts, observations, and findings about clients' mental health challenges.
• Maintain client files, including assessments, impressions, diagnoses, and care plans.
• Engage in community education and outreach tailored to specific audiences.
• Cultivate new referral sources while maintaining positive relationships with existing ones.
• Complete data gathering, reporting, and program evaluation tasks.
• Perform special projects as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree or possess sufficient experience in an appropriate field.
• Willingness to attend all required training, education, and staff enrichment activities.
• in Spanish is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the therapeutic process, confidentiality laws, and strong knowledge of professional ethics.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication with individuals from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.
• Possess qualities such as tact, initiative, resourcefulness, professionalism, enthusiasm, and a non-judgmental attitude.
