JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team at Kanon Valley Country Club. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service at our clubhouse to our guests and creating a memorable experience. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
DUTIES
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers at the bar
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and tracking usage
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
