Bartender/Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. You will also provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Mix ingredients according to recipes and ensure proper measurements
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service or bartending industry is preferred
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology is required
- Familiarity with catering events is a plus
- Strong math skills for accurate measurement and cash handling
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 21 years old (or as required by state regulations)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is necessary

Pay: $37,109.63 - $44,691.16 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
