Are you skilled at creating drinks for a high-end bar experience? Are you ready to work hand in hand as a part of our management team to build our core and seasonal high-end cocktail menus? Are you ready to help build our bar business and keep the guests coming back looking for more?
We are looking for an experienced mixologist to lead our bar and beverage program. Working hand in hand with our ownership, you will have complete control over building and refining our concept appropriate beverage program. You will be counted on to set the standards for the rest of the bar staff to follow. We are looking for a bar manager who can train our bar staff in the kind of service that Driftwood demands behind the bar and can also pickup key shifts to provide coverage for time off/sick. This position will be salaried plus will work the occasional bartending shift with tips. The candidate needs to demonstrate experience running a bar program.....from liquor ordering to craft beer knowledge, needs to bring a strong background in development of seasonal cocktails to complement our already strong bar program. The position will not be exclusive to the bar and the role will be an integral part of our overall management team, which will include total FOH management responsibilities. You will play a huge part in helping to take us to the next level!
