We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This includes managing the kitchen, supervising staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including kitchen & Bar management, food preparation, and service
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure efficient and high-quality service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in kitchen management & Bar Management
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive dining experience
- Proficient in shift management, including scheduling, staffing, and labor cost control
- Proven experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced food service environment
