Front Of House/Bar Manager - Agave

Agave is a fast paced casual dining restaurant located in Williston. We are currently seeking a full time Front of the House Manager. This is a working management position, meaning that you will be on the bar as well as managing. Pay is hourly rate plus tips and highly competitive. No overtime is required. The person in this position will work directly with our GM to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Front of house operations, including customer service, staff supervision, and inventory management.

-Maintain the bar: order beer, wine & liquor, create drink specials and train bartenders
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching Front of house staff on proper service techniques and standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize restaurant capacity.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and restrooms.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role is required.

- Must have at least 3 years of bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and supervise Front of house staff.
- Knowledge of kitchen management principles is a plus.
