Primary Responsibilities:
Provide an optimal customer service experience handling all customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and balancing.
Answer customer phone calls and in-person inquiries regarding products and services.
Be comfortable and embrace face to face interactions with the public.
Work to create and maintain relationships with customers, remaining well-informed about the customer’s relationship with the bank.
Assist other branch members with additional tasks such as ATM balancing, debit card disputes, debit card orders, stop payments, online banking, safe box entry, etc.
Ensure safe and sound banking practices, including adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work on Saturday as needed
Background check required
Preferences:
Prior banking and/or customer service experience
Prior cash handling or teller experience
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong customer focus
Aptitude for computers and technology
