Bank Operations Director

Waukesha State Bank is one of the largest locally owned and independent community banks in Wisconsin, with 14 full-service offices located throughout Waukesha County. The Operations Director oversees the daily operations of the bank. This role manages the Operations Department and oversees the departmental service standards & goals for the Deposit Services/Card Services/Fraud Departments, Purchasing/Facilities/Maintenance/Mailroom Departments, and the Information Technology/Electronic Banking/Payroll Complete Departments. The Director also works to identify threats to the Bank, assess Bank vulnerability, and determine risk - implementing control strategies to reduce risk. Finally, this role acts as the Bank's BSA Officer - overseeing the Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security, and Identity Theft.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Bank Operations
• 5 years experience in Bank Operations, BSA Compliance and Information Security.
• 5 years experience in management

This is an onsite position in Waukesha, WI
