A day in the life of the Director - Sales Enablement & Operations may include:

  • Assisting with hiring new associates. Leading the onboarding process and cultural immersion for both direct reports and Business Travel sales team overall.
  • Developing associates toward achieving their professional goals by offering ongoing training and support, as well as consistent constructive feedback through monthly one on one meetings, and annual reviews.
  • Mentoring associates in their career paths, communicating strengths and weaknesses, and creating success plans to improve weaknesses.
  • Ensuring proper human resources and company processes and policies are followed.
  • Identifying prospect behavior through sales and marketing reporting. In depth analysis of customer contact reporting from marketing to identify to top prospects. Setting action plan to obtain top prospects.
  • Developing and managing delivery of standard operating procedures and training programs.
  • Proactively seeking feedback from leadership and sales team on pain points, priorities, and opportunities. Turning feedback into action items for the team and tracking success of the action items.
  • Collaborating with the proposal team on sales resources such as presentation templates, proposals, request forms, and sell sheets. Establishing and communicating use case for content.
  • Being responsible for the customer reference program. Making recommendations for use based on size of travel program, location, industry, service configuration, and frequency of requests.
  • Overseeing the sales handoff process to ensure a smooth transition from sales to the project management team. Verifying all necessary documents are received and turnover form is completed accurately.
  • Establishing and executing standard operating procedures related to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology platform and ensuring compliance. Leveraging the use of the CRM for efficiency.
  • Ensuring sales reports and other sales intelligence is provided to the sales organization and senior leadership. Developing new reporting analytics as needed. Coordinating with all stakeholders to lead efficient and accurate sales team reporting initiatives.
  • Providing leadership and support around the pursuit process, specifically the development of proposals, sales presentations, and support of contracting processes.
  • Partnering with the marketing team to drive value proposition messaging throughout the sales and pursuit process.
  • Consistently managing awareness and proficiency on client-facing technology and service offerings. Studying and presenting to leadership evolution in industry advances in client-facing technology.
  • Maintaining a favorable and collaborative working relationship with team members in all departments to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect. Driving standards and best practices whenever possible and effectively fostering a culture of engagement.
  • Enhancing the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Being innovative and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to promote continual improvements in efficiency of operations and services performed.
  • Other duties, projects and alternate assignments as determined by business need.

Frequent travel is required, including travel to Fox headquarters and client-related travel.

Incumbent must be able to travel by airplane, rail, boat and/or car at any given time as required by the position. Ability to drive to client and company locations.

For On-site and Hybrid Associates: Regular attendance is necessary to successfully perform this job; extended hours may be necessary from time to time. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including but not limited to computers, a headset, a mouse, a keyboard, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

For Work-At-Home Associates: Regular attendance is necessary to successfully perform this job; extended hours may be necessary from time to time. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including but not limited to computers, a headset, a mouse, and a keyboard.

Occasional business travel, overnight stay may be required – up to 15%. Ability to drive to home inspection locations, if required.
