We are seeking a Registered Nurse Director, Ambulatory Operations to:

Education:
Minimum - Bachelor's degree in nursing
Preferred - Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration
Work Experience:
Minimum - Five years relevant experience in the management of ambulatory services and/or programs
Preferred - Has held administrative position in a large academic or complex health program that included clinical operations
Licenses and Certifications:

- Direct and lead Ambulatory Operations including OB/GYN, Generations, WI Sleep, Dermatology/MOHS and other medical specialties.
- Provide nursing practice oversight by organizing and leading the delivery of nursing care for designated patient care areas.
- Develop and implement innovative systems and processes that improve staff and patient quality and safety.
