Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. The schedule will be between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Additional hours may be required to meet operational needs. You will work at 7974 UW Health Ct in Middleton, WI and other ambulatory site locations in the greater Madison area.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Director, Ambulatory Operations to:
  • Direct and lead Ambulatory Operations including OB/GYN, Generations, WI Sleep, Dermatology/MOHS and other medical specialties.
  • Provide nursing practice oversight by organizing and leading the delivery of nursing care for designated patient care areas.
  • Develop and implement innovative systems and processes that improve staff and patient quality and safety.

Education:
Minimum - Bachelor's degree in nursing
Preferred - Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration
Work Experience:
Minimum - Five years relevant experience in the management of ambulatory services and/or programs
Preferred - Has held administrative position in a large academic or complex health program that included clinical operations
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum -
  • Registered nurse
  • Wisconsin RN license
