We are looking for individuals that can drive the performance of a store by attracting, developing, managing, and retaining excellent talent, along with improving the volume and Gross profit for a store.
Day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Manager (Include but are not limited to):
- Engaging and motivating their team to achieve key goals and performance expectations daily.
- Attracting, developing, and retaining the absolute best talent for the store
- Driving the business through a high-level of involvement and interaction with the day-to-day business operations including Sales, Parts and Service
- Making strategic business decisions / problem solving
- Maintaining an excellent CSI score
- Desk / CLOSE DEALS
- Ability to hold yourself and the staff accountable
Individuals who apply:
- Must have Automotive Management experience (5+ years minimum)
- Ability to set a clear vision and goals for the store to achieve in all areas of business
- Proven track record of successfully running a Dealerships Sales Department.
- Expertise on Managing a Sales department with strong CRM and internet process knowledge
- Ability to solve problems and make strategic business decisions
- Finance Experience is a Must
- Experienced with Desking and closing deals is a Must
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug screening)
- Provide references upon request
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
