Responsibilities:
* Ensure sales personnel are motivated, thoroughly trained and professional regarding customer interactions.
* Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising for all vehicle inventory.
* Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
* Uses appropriate procedures for management: facilitates the sales department to generate expected levels of gross and net profit.
* Establish sales quotas for all sales personnel that meet their skill levels
* Manage trade-in vehicles, vehicle inventory and ensure that appropriate dealership records are maintained.
Qualifications:
* Must be a goal-oriented self-starter
* Must have proven track record with excellence in desking deals, closing and motivating and supervising sales personnel for results
* Demonstrate excellent communication and people skills, professional appearance, work ethic, and high-energy personality.
* Ability to work with integrity & professionalism
* Ability to establish partnerships & alliances
* Attention to customer service such as selling to customers needs
Job Types: Commission, Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
