Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly sales objectives while ensuring profitability.
- Assist in closing deals when necessary.
- Manage, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Keep the team informed about new inventory, advertising efforts, rebates, and incentives.
- Enhance customer satisfaction throughout the purchase experience.
- Follow up with current leads and previous unsold customers.
- Solid knowledge of financing procedures and credit options within the auto industry.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Outgoing personality and a willingness to work with the public daily.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
