Responsibilities:

• Meet monthly sales objectives while ensuring profitability.
• Assist in closing deals when necessary.
• Manage, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Keep the team informed about new inventory, advertising efforts, rebates, and incentives.
• Enhance customer satisfaction throughout the purchase experience.
• Follow up with current leads and previous unsold customers.
• Solid knowledge of financing procedures and credit options within the auto industry.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Outgoing personality and a willingness to work with the public daily.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
