We are looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Managerto join our successful dealership. You will present financing options and car buying opportunities to customers and provide support to the sales team. You will work independently from home generating sales from the inbound leads that the company will provide. We offer a special down payment assistance program to our consumers. All of the customer applying will apply through this source of marketing. Were signed up with about 10 different banks. Your position will consist of contacting the leads, taking a full application and submitting the application to our network of banks to get approved.
- Create and track key benchmarks for the dealership, including vehicle sales, service contracts, and customer satisfaction
- Create financing plans and payment options for customers
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ethical standards
- Coordinate with lending institutions
- Prepare loan documentation and finalize financial transactions
- Provide support to the sales manager and salespeople
- Maintain inventory of finance department supplies
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline strongly preferred
- At least two years of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) manager or sales experience is required
- Valid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record are mandatory
- Must have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the innate ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic MS Office knowledge and computer software proficiency required
- AFIP Certification is considered a plus
