Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate: Inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering an environment of accountability, professionalism, and high performance.
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets, with a focus on GM products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining long-term relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of market trends.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of vehicles that meet consumer demands and preferences.

- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet sales objectives.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role, preferably with GM products.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
