Located in northern Westchester County, we offer an immediate opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to our diverse portfolio of projects.
Position: Designer - Civil Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Undertake hands-on fieldwork and office tasks.
- Specialize in a range of small to moderate Civil Engineering projects, necessitating daily problem-solving and decision-making.
- Manage various project types including residential and commercial site plans, subdivisions, SWPPP inspections & reports, site inspections, construction monitoring, municipal infrastructure improvements, and backflow prevention design & applications.
- Collaborate with our team to shepherd projects from conceptualization through design, review, client and municipal interactions, to final approvals and construction oversight.
Requirements:
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Exhibit strong verbal, graphical, and written communication skills.
- Display enthusiasm, insightfulness, and a keen ability to work within a team dynamic.
