Field reps are provided paid training along with continuous training to advance them to their maximum potential.
Register Tape Network pioneered selling advertising space directly on supermarket cash register tape receipts using four color professionally printed ads since 1951and partnered with Dollar General stores over the past 13 years. RTN provides the best nationally recognized in store branding and advertising for local businesses.
Applicant must meet the below requirements:
1 to 3 years of B2B outside sales experience
Must memorize the RTN presentation (earns a $250.00 bonus)
Be Coachable
Have Closing Skills
Professional phone skills
Has Reliable transportation
Driver’s license
Auto insurance
Positive attitude
Field representatives’ daily responsibilities include but are not limited to,
Being in the assigned area weekly during business hours
Prospect for leads in the assigned area.
Make the dials necessary to set F2F appointments (average 75 daily)
RTN Compensation; There is an annual fixed incentive of $52K. This fixed incentive is comprised of a $32K annual salary (pays weekly) + $20K in additional opportunity to earn a minimal of $200 a week in bonus money, this can be more but that will be up to the Sales Representative, plus RTN has additional weekly, monthly and quarterly bonuses, cash collected bonus, and uncapped commissions.
The average RTN Sales Representative earns $75K to $85 annually and RTN top performers are earning $90K to $100k + per year.
Salary + bonus money earned weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Bonuses are based on activity starting as soon as training is completed. Field Representatives are paid what they earn in high commissions and bonuses + a salary.
Uncapped commissions as high as 30%
