Automotive Administrative Assistant

Robert Brogden's Hays GMC is looking to add a Dealership Administrative Assistant to it's team. The Dealership Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with day to day functions of the dealership. Pay based on experience.

Responsiblities:

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Ensure that phones are placed on auto attendant when appropriate.
• Ensure that all car deals are turned in and complete. Assist management and accounting office with getting appropriate documents as needed.
• Assist with bank deposits.
• Handle outgoing/incoming mail.
• Ensure that employee breakroom and customer waiting areas are clean, organized and stocked with water, soda and snacks. Remove trash from customer areas throughout the day.
• Order supplies as needed for the dealership.
• Make trips to the Post Office as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Precision to detail.
• Must be able to effectively use dealership operating systems.
• Must have clean driving record and be able to pass a background check and pre hire drug screening.
