Robert Brogden's Hays GMC is looking to add a Dealership Administrative Assistant to it's team. The Dealership Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with day to day functions of the dealership. Pay based on experience.
Responsiblities:
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Ensure that phones are placed on auto attendant when appropriate.
- Ensure that all car deals are turned in and complete. Assist management and accounting office with getting appropriate documents as needed.
- Assist with bank deposits.
- Handle outgoing/incoming mail.
- Ensure that employee breakroom and customer waiting areas are clean, organized and stocked with water, soda and snacks. Remove trash from customer areas throughout the day.
- Order supplies as needed for the dealership.
- Make trips to the Post Office as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Precision to detail.
- Must be able to effectively use dealership operating systems.
- Must have clean driving record and be able to pass a background check and pre hire drug screening.
