Form of workCastle Automotive Group is looking for someone with a positive, go-getter personality and an administrative accounting background to join our team as an Automotive AR Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions
- Daily deposits
- Monthly expenses
- Maintain and reconcile schedules
- Verifies all vouchers and obtains appropriate payment approval
- Records vendor information for 1099 reporting
- Cap A/R payments daily
- Posts account vendors and answers inquiries
- Assist Team and Office Manager with special projects as necessary
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in payables and receivables within a dealership
- Professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
