Castle Automotive Group is looking for a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to help provide customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will be a an organized individual who flourishes in a fast-paced and professional workplace. Responsibilities
Receive and verify customer/vendor payments
Responsible for maintaining and analyzing activities in the A/R function
Verifying all charges are added to customer/vendors as necessary
Process credit applications with Parts Director guidance
Collect and maintain W9's
Communicate/follow up with vendors regarding delinquent payments
Maintain contracts/agreements with all vendors
Process 1099's
Assist with extended warranty
Assist with Accounts Payable as needed
Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Automotive experience preferred
Highly organized and eagerness to improve
Willingness to take initiative
Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
Ability to provide quality customer service
Work with all levels of employee
