We are looking for a motivated Accounting Inventory Clerk to join our company. Here, you'll find the opportunities, resources, and support you need to grow and develop professionally. The individual in this role will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties as directed by the Office Manager and Controller. Accounting Title Clerk Duties and Responsibilities may include a number of the following:

• Stock in all incoming units (new and used purchases) and maintain the inventory records.
• Process all dealer trades, including preparing and sending the outgoing packet, check, and MSO.
• Process all incoming inventory packages, including the incoming dealer trade paperwork, checks, MSO's, and titles. And record the receipt of MSO's and titles.
• File all vehicle invoices, MSO's, and titles.
• Assist with RDR's, CPO's, and Loaners.
• Perform a monthly physical inventory reconciliation. This requires arriving at the dealership to scan/enter VIN's before sales/service operations begin.
• Reconcile schedules.
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions.
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks.
• Proactively communicate with your supervisor.
• Communicate errors or unusual items.
• Propose solutions and improvements to processes.
• Answer incoming calls for the accounting office.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Accounting Clerk Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Franchised dealership accounting experience a plus.
• Prior experience reconciling accounts.
• Strong knowledge of math and accounting.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Self-motivated and able to effectively schedule and complete tasks to meet deadlines.
• CDK experience a plus.
• Great Customer Service.
• Ability to lift 5-10 lbs. unassisted.
