Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to clients, including assessing needs, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring progress.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Litigate cases in court and represent clients in negotiations and settlements.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers, to coordinate services for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they have access to necessary resources and services.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases. Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a case manager or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices.
- Proficient in conducting legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise legal documents. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.

Pay: $170,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
