This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing boutique Employment Law firm! We represent employers exclusively and are looking for an exceptional Employment Law Attorney who has experience providing advice and counsel to California employers, including the preparation of employer policies, wage and hour guidance, employee handbook preparation, employment and commission agreements, and the ability to communicate with employers regarding solutions to their complex Employment Law issues. This position will also require the attorney to handle some employment defense litigation and the right candidate should have some experience litigating Employment Law claims, ideally including both individual claims and class action/PAGA litigation.We are looking for a licensed California attorney with a minimum of two years of employment transactional and/or litigation experience. Compensation for this position ranges from $150k to $200k depending on experience.
The Firm offers a flexible 3-day in-office/2-day remote work schedule, and we are located in a Class A building within walking distance of the Irvine Spectrum. We also offer generous paid vacation and sick leave benefits, 401k employer matching, health insurance benefits, and participation in the Firm's annual and origination bonus plans. Prefer a full-time associate attorney but will consider part-time for the right individual.
