Estate Planning Litigation Attorney

Our busy law firm is growing, and we are looking for talent that works hard to represent our clients well. The prime candidate will have 5 plus years of estate litigation experience. If you have excellent research and writing skills, can easily use today's technology and communicate effectively across all levels, we would love to connect!
Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks
• Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence
• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
• Appear as lead counsel for Evidentiary Hearings and Trials

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California
• Must have at least five years of litigation experience in Estate Planning, trust administration, and probate
• Must have the ability to function at a high level and work independently while handling a have caseload
• Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed
