Role Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position, ranging from Mid-level Associate to Senior Attorney, depending on your experience and expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing family law cases from beginning to end. The role involves handling high-asset divorce cases, including asset valuation, property division, and financial settlement, as well as complex child custody and domestic violence matters. The candidate must be comfortable with high-stakes litigation and be able to navigate the complexities of family law with compassion and professionalism. The idea candidate has experience handling family law cases in the following Bay Area counties: San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin, Contra Costa, and Alameda County.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law
• Experience as lead attorney on multiple family law trials
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks
• Strong advocacy skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California State Bar.
