Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed to practice law in California with significant litigation experience.
Proven track record of plaintiff-side defense litigation.
Proficiency in utilizing teleconferencing and videoconferencing technology for global team interactions.
Strong leadership skills to mentor other attorneys and oversee case portfolios.
Ability to handle high-level litigation tasks independently, including depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and prioritizing client interests.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation, with a growth mindset.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
Capacity to work remotely full-time, dedicating at least forty hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead attorney for a diverse range of plaintiff-side defense litigation matters, including court appearances, depositions, mediations, and occasional trial participation.
Supervise a dedicated Paralegal and Case Manager to ensure efficient case progression.
Review the work of the Paralegal, maintaining high-quality standards.
Manage litigation deadlines and statutes of limitations using electronic calendaring systems.
Contribute to firm policy and procedure development for enhanced operational efficiency.
Regularly attend various team meetings and participate in professional development activities.
