Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide telephone consultations on demand.
- Gather information, spot issues, identify financial resources, etc.
- Ability to work with people from a range of backgrounds.
- Set up new clients in our software systems.
- Collaborative orientation, capacity to work in a team, and solution-oriented approach.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or partners.
Qualifications:
- California Bar Licensed.
- 3 + Years of legal experience.
- Practices superior time management.
- Possess strong initiative.
- Excellent writing, communication and language skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence, empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
- Must have strong commitment to client service.
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Bi/Multi-lingual - especially Spanish, is a plus.
