Associate Project Manager, Baptist Md Anderson, Full-Time, Baptist Jacksonville

Baptist Health is hiring an Associate Project Manager to join the Baptist MD Anderson administrative team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus.

This position oversees the planning and implementation of Baptist MD Anderson (BMDA) Cancer Center outreach opportunities and strategies. They are primarily responsible for connecting people to the Cancer Center, organizing both internal and external events, and cultivating relationships with community businesses and individuals that enhance the BMDA mission. This position represents the company and will work with leadership to increase the visibility within the surrounding community as well as assist in the building of a team environment within the Cancer Center.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
• Ability to plan and designate resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
• Plan, organize, and execute onsite health events including mobile mammography and community outreach.
• Cultivate relationships with community stakeholders to further serve our local communities and broaden our reach regionally.
