JR. PROJECT MANAGER
W2 CONTRACT - GC/USC
TAMPA, FL
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Learning Innovation & Technologies (LI&T) team is responsible for consulting on Company’s learning systems, tools, and processes. This may include advising other Learning & Development (L&D) functional teams on how to utilize and leverage systems and tools, researching and responding to issue escalations, building or maintaining conference registration websites, and supporting technology projects that contribute to the success of the Company’s learning strategy.
Responsibilities include:
· Junior Project Manager for the business side of a large technology transformation project, operating with a hybrid model of agile tech development and waterfall change/comms
· Assigning resources, managing resource capacity, timelines, and task management
· Communicating with US counterparts and technology Project Managers
· Communicating with high-level stakeholders and negotiating priorities
· Working across multiple time zones/countries and being sensitive to different cultures
Knowledge Preferred
· Minimum 2-5 years experience in a similar type role (dependent on Tier role)
· Agile project management – sprint planning
· Microsoft tools including strong MS Project Pro experience
· Resource management and capacity planning

· Strong presence and communication skills
· Self sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learn
· Scrum / Kanban knowledge a must
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (specifically MS Project) and cloud based tools
· Ability to apply business acumen to analyze and prioritize technical and process changes
· Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and usage of Human Capital data in large enterprises
· Experience in a professional services firm or equivalent
· 2-5 years of technical project management or business transformation experience (dependent on Tier role)
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
· Scrum Alliance or other Agile organization certification(s)
