The Construction Project Management Associate reports directly to the CEO. This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and active support tasks for Construction Projects. This position in particular is planned to assist with a large commercial project in Chipley and will spend some days in Chipley along with other days reporting to the Propwic company office in Panama City.

1. A “hungry to learn and contribute” Construction Project Management Associate (WOMEN & MEN are encouraged to apply) who can work for the next 6+ months at our Chipley Commerical Construction Project site and then from our Construction Project sites as needed back towards Panama City after completion of the Chipley project. Our corporate office is located in Panama City.

JOB SUMMARY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. 2 years in commercial Construction Project Management related role with direct use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as other project scheduling software tools (Preferred)
2. Demonstrated self-starter, quality mind, able to work with limited supervision (Required)
3. Reliable transportation (work location may be at our Panama City office some days or out at our large project site in Chipley on other days) (Required)
4. Ability to pass background and drug testing
5. High School Diploma or GED.

- Ensures efficient communication among project stakeholders
- Assists with drafting project scopes of work and related specifications as well as monitoring and assisting with the change orders as needed
- Assists with drafting and/or reviewing contracts and/or related documents to ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
- Collaborates with project stakeholders, assists with monitoring of progress and reporting as needed.
- Requests quotes from trade partners and assists with reviews as needed for compliance with project specifications and other company trade partner related requirements.
- Prepared change orders and tracks all changes ensure accurate reporting of costs and delivery of commitments per latest , agreed upon contract documents.
- Identifies suppliers, vendors, etc, and monitors all orders of materials and equipment required for project
- Ensures timely submission of RFIs, submittals, etc and all related follow-ups as needed with trade partners, supplier, architect & engineering, etc.
- Assists with monitoring of materials inventory
- Assists/ support as needed for monthly expense reporting
- Assists with and/or owns responsibility for preparation of weekly, monthly reporting as needed to meet Project Management requirements
- Assists with proper filing of operations and maintenance related documents for all installed systems at project site to ensure delivery to customer after project completion
- Assists with monitoring of Construction Projects in terms of quality and safety and ensure unsafe actions are stopped immediately and report to Construction Project Manager and CEO of company.
- Assist with and/or manage other special projects and/or activities as assigned
- Maintain positive relationships within the Propwic company team, with subcontractors / trade partners, suppliers, clients and prospective clients and promote the collaboration and exchange of information between business units.
- Support data gathering and analysis activities as needed and/or assigned.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational activities approved through the Propwic CEO, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed to help achieve team goal(s)
- Create PowerPoint, Word or Excel type files / documents as needed to support all responsibilities of the position as applicable

WORK SCHEDULE:
Mon – Friday, Typically, 8 AM to 5 PM; however, flexibility can be provided as needed with pre-approval through company leadership
