This role will help create, execute, and optimize new Email channel marketing efforts to improve OneMain's Email marketing capabilities and grow our Loan portfolio. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative at working with cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, technology, operations and digital to develop new Email marketing strategies that expand our company's ability to leverage the channel.
In the Role
- Lead cross functional teams to define new email strategies that will optimize the email funnel, including new data sources and tools
- Lead efforts to expand the channel into a prospect acquisition channel
- Coordinate development and execution of new marketing campaigns and test strategies with marketing, analytics, operations and digital teams
- Lead initiatives to enhance speed to market and execution efficiency
- Collaborate with digital teams to optimize email to digital experiences (e.g. application journeys)
- Develop compelling business cases grounded in research and analytics for new opportunities
- Analyze tests and results and recommend ongoing testing approached
- Identify cross-channel customer marketing opportunities and work with channel owners to test
- Manage vendor relationships for the email program
- Co-own reporting for the email channel with analytics partners
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing required, with exposure to the details of the Email channel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization
- Creative thinking and process driven with excellent organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadline driven projects
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with Adobe Campaign or other campaign management platforms
Preferred:
- Financial Services and/or lending experience preferred
