Responsibilities:

· Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues.

· Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

· Assist with case management and trial preparation.

· Attend court hearings and depositions.

· Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.

· Negotiate settlements and agreements.

Skills:

· Prior litigation experience is required.

· Knowledge of construction and construction law is preferred, but not required.

· Strong legal research and writing skills.

· Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation.

· Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice.

· Proficiency with Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw and e-discovery.

· Experience in litigation and courtroom procedures.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
