DESCRIPTION
The position requires a minimum 35-hour work week, with a flexible start and end time between reasonable business hours (anytime between 7am and 5:30pm), assuming an hour daily for lunch. Flexibility required on occasion for client meetings in other time zones. Occasional, but minimal travel, may be required for training or other purposes.
Primary Focus is on helping Sales Consultants achieve maximum success by providing as much support as possible. Priority is placed on helping to facilitate sales made by Consultants and to redirect perceived sales opportunities to the Consultant. This may include but not be limited to the following:
1. Explaining new business submission requirements
2. Collecting, compiling, checking and cross checking completed documents.
3. Setting proper expectations for new business timelines
4. Providing marketing materials, enrollment or other materials needed to support strategic broker partners
5. Being a liaison between multiple parties and entities in order to facilitate efficient submission of required documents.
6. Provide back-up support as needed to other personnel that are managing similar or related functions. This may include but not be limited to requesting or running proposals, cross checking and submitting new business or renewal census, forms, or other paperwork.
7. Helping organize consultants for meetings, presentations, upcoming opportunities, etc.
8. Quarterbacking client service needs brought to our attention and ensuring optimized outcomes.
9. Entering activities, data and documents into the customer relationship software.
