DELSEY is a consumer goods company located in the Baltimore/ Washington DC area and part of a large global organization. Our products are sold nationally through large retail chains, specialty stores and e-retailers.
Reporting to the E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager, the E-Commerce Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our online presence, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
USA eShop:
- Support the USA eShop, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping environment.
- Execute promotions and campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
- Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance the overall conversion funnel.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize various elements of the website for maximum performance.
- Lead merchandising efforts to showcase products effectively and improve user engagement.
- Implement searchandising techniques to enhance product discoverability.
- Execute SEO optimizations to improve organic search visibility.
- Generate insightful reports to evaluate on-site performance and identify areas for improvement.
Supports Retailers:
- Manage the Syndigo content aggregator for efficient product information management.
- Integrate additional retailers into our e-Commerce ecosystem.
- Coordinate new content uploads and ensure accurate representation across all platforms.
Education & Qualifications
- 2+ years of digital, marketing, and e-Commerce/Advertising Experience.
- 1+ years of Experience working in a consumer goods and/or Retail strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in e-Commerce management, with a focus on analytics.
- Strong understanding of promotion planning, campaign execution, and merchandising strategies.
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and searchandising techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in managing content aggregators and collaborating with retailers.
