Assistant Bridal Sales Manager

Elite Secrets Bridal is a bridal boutique that combines excellence with style and grace.

We are searching for a new Assistant Manager to join our team who is interested in helping to hire and train other team members. You will assist in making sure the team adheres to company policies, resolving customer complaints, leading the team, and organizing the team schedule.

The ideal candidate will display excellence, have a consistent work history and previous experience as a senior staff member or as an Assistant Manager. A passion for customer service and team mentoring is also a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensures company policies are followed
• Optimizes profits by controlling costs
• Resolves customer issues to their overall satisfaction
• Maintain a management style that follows company best practices
• Provides leadership and direction to all
• Ensures product quality and availability
• Prepares and presents employee reviews
• Works closely with the store manager to lead staff
• Oversee retail inventory
• Assist customers whenever necessary
• Responsible for employee scheduling
• Ensures a consistent standard of customer service
• Motivates team and ensuring a focus on the mission
• Maintains merchandise and a visual plan
• Maintains boutiques standards, includes stocking and cleaning
• Complete tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently
• Supports store manager, as needed

Experience/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or with a Bridal Retail Store, with a stable work history

• Excellent customer service skills

• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work independently when needed

• Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
• Must be a team player
