Arizona Property Brokerage is a leading property management firm specializing in residential properties. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Property Manager to support our property management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients and residents.
Responsibilities
Tenant Relations:
- Assist in responding to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Support the screening process for potential tenants and assist with lease negotiations.
- Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and ensure a smooth transition for residents.
Property Operations:
- Assist in conducting regular property inspections and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
- Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service.
- Help maintain accurate records of property maintenance and repairs.
Leasing Support:
- Assist with the marketing of available units to attract prospective tenants.
- Provide information about the leasing process to prospective tenants.
- Support lease renewals and rental rate adjustments as needed.
Financial Management:
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring to ensure financial goals are met.
- Support rent collection processes and address late payment issues.
- Contribute to financial reports for senior management.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date property files, documents, and records.
- Prepare and distribute communications to residents regarding property updates or events.
- Assist in coordinating legal activities, including evictions, in compliance with applicable laws.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Active Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License is preferred.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in Appfolio property management software preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Docs and Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
