Job Description:

Our busy property management company is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to the Property Managers to join our team. Strong customer service skills are a must. Position includes answering phones, data entry, owner and tenant correspondence, follow up and assisting the Property Managers. Our new team member needs to be detail-oriented and must have the ability to multi-task. We've got a great team environment and are looking forward to the opportunity to add to our team. Salary DOE.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and the public.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
