Job description

We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relationship management, facilities management, and administrative duties. This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment.

Duties:
- Manage property maintenance and repairs using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management
- Ensure that all office equipment is functioning properly
- Answer phones and greet visitors with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Knowledge of facilities management practices and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
