SalarySearching for a reliable, experienced part-time Property Manager to join our team to assist with 10+ properties in Boston Specifically South Shore are, and surrounding areas. Approximately 5-15 hours per week. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Visiting the properties to complete property condition reports on a regular basis.
- Interacting with guests to handle their needs before, during, and after their stay.
- Interacting with new and current clients/homeowners to assess their needs. (Maintenance, listing edits, monthly statements, etc)
- Being the liaison between guests and clients/homeowners when needed.
- Creating new listings and onboarding new clients/homeowners into our program. (Scheduling cleaning, photo shoots, last-minute maintenance, administrative items, etc)
- Shopping for linens, towels, and supplies for Airbnb properties both in person and online.
- Creating end-of-month financial reports for clients/homeowners.
- Assisting with maintenance work orders from guests, cleaners, and clients. (Scheduling, obtaining quotes, etc)
- Assisting with cleaner communications/needs. (Scheduling, supply needs, finding new cleaners, etc.)
Candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and hospitality/property management experience. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and their own transportation. Candidates must be available between 11 am-5 pm at least 3 days per week. Candidates with some daytime availability on the weekends will be prioritized.
Please note - this position is listed as remote because we do not have an office in this area but candidates must live in the Boston South Shore area.
