Responsibilities:
-Create and manage rental listings for available properties.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information and assistance to callers regarding rental inquiries.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to review and process maintenance orders.
- Verify the accuracy of work orders and allocate resources efficiently.
- Communicate with tenants to schedule maintenance appointments and address concerns.
Office Hours
Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations.
