AssistantCommunity Association Manager Portfilio Manager-
Assistants will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
*Securing bids for the properties
*Communication with homeowners and staff about Association (written and verbal)
*Preparation for Association meeting
*Conducting Property Inspections
*Communicating with Board Members
*Liaise between Association Board of Directors and Owner
*Resolve issues with condition or maintenance of property
*Ensure Work is Scheduled
*Follow up on Work Orders
*Answer Phone
*Provide Next Level Support for Difficult Calls
*Solve Owner Issues
*Data Entry
Required Skills to be considered for this position:
- Highschool Diploma
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self Starter
- Clear communicator and polished presentation skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
